Choosing the Right Size
Most groups fit one of four vehicles. If your headcount falls between two sizes, go with the larger one so there is room for luggage and anyone who joins at the last minute.

What You Get on Board
Our coaches have leather reclining seats, air conditioning and large windows, and the motor coach has a restroom for longer trips. There is space in the luggage bay for a checked bag per seat, so an airport group does not need a second vehicle for suitcases. Wi Fi can be arranged when you book, and every trip is driven by a professional chauffeur who has gone over the route beforehand.
Group Trips We Plan in Boston
Companies book our coaches to move staff between hotels and conference venues such as the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the Hynes, often running the same loop several times a day. We also drive team outings and client events, and our meetings and events page covers smaller corporate transfers.
At weddings, a mini coach takes guests from the hotel to the ceremony and the reception and brings them back at the end of the night, so nobody has to drive or hunt for parking. Many couples book a coach for their guests and a separate car for themselves through our wedding service.
Schools, universities and sports teams use the motor coach for away games, campus visits and field trips across New England. When a group flies into Logan together, the coach meets them at arrivals and takes everyone and their bags in one trip.
How Booking a Coach Works
Coaches are booked for at least six hours, which covers most conference days, weddings and day trips. Send us the date, the number of passengers, every address on the route and the times you need, and we will choose the right vehicle and confirm the schedule with you before the day.
Tolls and parking are shown on your receipt. Spring graduations and the fall conference season fill up early, so it is best to book as soon as your plans are set.

How many passengers can your coaches carry?
Our Executive Mini Coaches seat up to 32 or 40 passengers, and the motor coach seats up to 55. For smaller groups, a Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 14.
What is the minimum booking for a coach?
Six hours. Sedans, SUVs and Sprinters can be booked for shorter trips.
Can the coach stay with our group all day?
Yes. The coach and chauffeur stay with you for the hours you book, whether that is a shuttle loop between a hotel and a venue or a day trip with several stops.
Does the coach have a restroom?
The 55 passenger motor coach has a restroom on board, and some mini coaches have one too, so let us know when you book if you need it.
How is the price set?
Your price is quoted before you book. It depends on the vehicle, the number of hours and the route, and tolls and parking are listed separately.
Can we cancel or change a coach booking?
Changes are easiest well before the day. Coach and minibus bookings need seven days notice to cancel without charge.
